If you live in Chicago or someplace with a similar climate, you see a lot of seasonal change in temperature and humidity.  One common symptom is something called “fret sprout.”  

I have to ask: why are custom builds so often just knock-offs of the old classics?  This is a serious question. Isn’t there room in the market for some originality?
