ACCESSIBILITY
ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
We want everyone to be able to find, explore, and buy instruments from us. That includes people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, captions, or other assistive tools.
Our goal
We’re working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard generally used to evaluate websites under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). In practice, that means descriptive text on our images, readable color contrast, captions on videos where available, and a site you can navigate without a mouse.
Where we are
We’re a small, independent shop. We review the site regularly, but some pages or older posts may not fully meet these standards yet. We fix issues as we find them.
Third-party content
Some content on our site comes from other platforms, including embedded YouTube videos, Spotify playlists, HubSpot forms, and Squarespace’s checkout. We also link to other websites. We don’t control how those tools or sites work. If any of them get in your way, contact us and we’ll get you the same information or help you complete your order another way.
Other formats
If you can’t access something on our site, we’ll provide it another way at no cost, such as a text transcript of a podcast episode, product details in large print or plain text, or a phone walkthrough of an instrument’s specs. Just ask.
If something isn’t working for you
Tell us and we’ll help. We can answer questions about any instrument, send photos with detailed descriptions, or take your order by phone or email.

If you can, let us know:
the page where you ran into the problem
what happened
the device and browser you were using
any assistive technology you use, such as a screen reader
None of that is required, and you never need to tell us about a disability or share personal information to get help.
We are committed to acknowledging receipt of your feedback within 2 business days. Our goal is to provide an assessment of the issue and a timeline for resolution as quickly as possible under the circumstances, depending on the nature of the issue and our findings.
Repairs and appointments
Our shop and studio space are not open to the public. Repair drop-off and pickup are by appointment only. If you need help getting an instrument to or from us, let us know when you book and we’ll find an arrangement that works for you, such as curbside handoff.
